Outlook crashes

I am trying to find a place where i can download outlook express 5.0

You can't anymore as Internet Explorer 5.0 is no longer supported. You can
download Internet Explorer 6.0SP1 from;
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook newsgroup and not Outlook
Express

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
