Hi,
My organisation has a Windows 2003 AD setup with Exchange 2003 with roaming
profiles. The email client used is Outlook XP installed on Windows XP
Professional.
One of the user is facing a problem where the outlook crashes whenever the
person tries to open outlook.Outlook is not opening even in safe mode. The
problem is not fixed even after running detect and repair. I have uninstalled
Office SP and reinstalled it.
This problem is user specific and not machine specific, the user gets this
problem which ever Desktop she logs on. I have tried to rename her roaming
profile, also recreated her outlook profile a number of times.
Other users are able to login into her system and use outlook.
Any help.. suggestions are much appreciated.
