I am using Windows XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP1.
After I installed 'all' updates for Office 2003, I noticed Outlook wasn't
running properly. I kept getting errors regarding the Outlph.dll causing
this error "Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, faulting
module outlph.dll, version 11.0.6359.0, fault address 0x0000c8bb."
I also recieved this error as well a number of times, "Faulting application
outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937, faulting module
kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug? 0, fault address
0x0001eb33."
I removed Office 2003 and reinstalled it with only SP1, no other updates
were applied. Since then, I have had no errors in Outlook whatsoever.
Also, if all of the updates for each application of Office 2003 are applied,
there is a version mismatch that causes Outlook to generate and error when
creating new mail using Word as the email editor. Word cannot be used when
this version mismatch occurs.
