Hello all
We have recently upgraded all our 95 and NT machines to 2000. In this
project we have also upgraded all the Office 97 to Office 2000, including
Outlook 2000. Since we have done this we have this completely random event
where a user logs in, starts Outlook and it crashes on the splash screen.
If you restart the PC it then works fine first time. The is completely
random and it isn't just any specific area, user or department.
They are connecting to an Exchange 5.5 server. They have local or roaming
profiles so it isn't doing anything there. They are all plugged into
different switches so it isn't that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
