Outlook Create Message, Select To, Select Conacts- ...No Sort Opti

There is no basic sort functionality in Outlook from your Contacts Menu -
please consider adding the capability to sort off of the Display Name Field.
This would allow users, if they utilized a company name in the "Contact
Display Name" field to actually manage contact messages. Currently there is
no sort option, and Contacts are alphabatized only. Please advise if this is
incorrect. Verify this by opening Outlook, Select Create Message, Select To,
Select Contacts then try to select any of the column headers that are
presented. No sort. One would think this basic functionality would have
been added years ago. Please review and advise. Thank you-

Why not choose the "By Company" view that groups your contacts by company
name, then select the contacts you want to include as recipients, click
Tools>New Message to Contact?
