Outlook creating weird email addresses

Hi All

I'm running Outlook 2003, Win XP Pro, latest patches and service packs.

When I send an email using Outlook (With auto read receipt request) I always
receive a message back (see below)
The email arrives at the recipients address correctly!
You can see from the email address below it appears to be totally garbled
which is why I guess the server thinks its failed
and returns it to me.

Any help greatly appreciated
