Outlook cursor moves around while typing

The cursor changes position while typing and may go anywhere within the
message being entered.

Does it do that all the time or just sometimes?
Does moving your mouse an inch to the left or right stops it?

it is sporatic. i have to move the cursor back to where it should be. i can
then continue on with keying. Of course, I have to find the cursor, first!
