Outlook Custom Fields

Outlook 2002: Regarding printing s Public Folder calendar.

I would like to print the name of the Public folder at the
top left of the calendar, I can use [Page #], [Date
Printed] and [User Name] but there does not appear to be a
field [Folder Name] or {Folder Title]. Is there a
reference or list available for the pre-defined fields if
so, where may I find it?. If such a field does not exist,
is there a way to create a custom field, that would allow
me to accomplish the desired effect?

You might be able to do what you want with a modification or two to the VBA
macros the calendar printing templates at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print. Outlook itself doesn't
have such options.
