Hi,
I have a custom form which I created some years ago which I with a specific
contact file (it's a web password/details contact file). I use Outlook 2003
and have recently migrated from POP/IMAP to a hosted exchange server. To do
this I had to export my PST file, with all sub folders then reimport it into
a new Outloook exchange profile. All has gone fine apart from the fact that
the custom contacts do not open in the custom form. I have the oft file and
managed to get that into the system, so selecting a new contact in this
custom contacts folder does give rise to the correct custom form.....It's
just that all the contacts that are already in there open in the standard
contacts form...which means that I cannot view any of the data that I
previously added. A quick check of the properties for the contacts folder
does say that the custom form is being used.
Q: How to I get all the contacts currently imported to display correctly
using the custom form rather than the default contact form.
Any help would be much appreciated.
