outlook custom forms messages not printing

I created a 3 page custom form. The first page is Message which is standard.
No matter what I do I can not get anything to print from the message page in
the message box. I would like this to act like any other email where a
conversation would take place and be recorded. Any suggestions??????

Hi Sue,
No I am not using XPrint or any other add-ins/plug-ins. I am just trying to
do the normal print from the file icon. My other pages print fine, the
message page doesn't print anything but the To and Cc buttons, the Subject
text box and an additional text box that I added for instructions. The
message body is non-existant. I donot want to have to add anything extra for
the users to be able to print the entire custom form. Help if you can,
please...........

Maybe a dumb question, but relevant: Is it possible that the message body itself is blank? That's the most likely explanation for the behavior you're seeing. I don't know of any cause other than XPrint that would cause the message body not to print.

Not a dumb question..... Stranger things have happened. No, I assure you the
message body contains text. I have tried everything I can think of. I am out
of ideas and patience.
