Outlook Custom Property page error

Hi,
I am trying to add a custom property page to outlook 2k3 using 'Lite
Composite Control'.
In Tools->Options Propertysheet, my page is visible, but when I click on it,
it gives me the error 'Unable to display <pagename> page. This page will
remain visible, but is not available.
What could be the problem here?

That usually means the component wasn't registered or registered correctly.
