Outlook Custom Views

Outlook 2007

I use custom views pretty heavily in Outlook, but I am relatively new to
Outlook 2007 and so don't know some of the new features, or in some cases,
how to do things in OL2007 that I did easily in OL2003. So I have a few
questions:

1) I would like to create a current view that shows me all items that are
marked as private. I thought that I would be able to do that on the
Advanced tab in the properties, but I don't see a way to filter on the
Private field. I would also like to create a view that shows me all the
items in the Personal category that are NOT marked as private. Is there a
way to filter on the Private setting?

2) I noticed that I can categorize an email and have it show up in my custom
task view. All my custom views include the % Complete column. For emails,
the figure for % Complete is always 0%. I would like to be able to change
that value, but it looks like that is not allowed on email items. Is this
impossible, or is there something that I am missing that would allow me to
update the % Complete on email items?

3) I built all my custom views without the Icon column, and then I
discovered the trick in question 2 above. So I now find that having the
Icon column is handy because I can quickly tell what is an email and what is
a task. I really don't want to go back and add the Icon column to every
custom view one-by-one. Is there any way to add a column to a group of
views all at once?

Thanks for any help that you can offer.
