Outlook Customization for 3rd party tools integration

This is what I am looking for....... any advise and/or help to this matter
will be greatly appreciated.

For any message in my Inbox, I want to right click (or a similar action) and
get an option in the popup window to extract the following information of
that very message that is highlighted and selected:

Send From
Send To
Subject
Send Time
(and most importantly) Message
Attachment (if any)

Save each of these pieces of information in Strings...... and the
attachement as a file on the system in some temp folder, so that I can put
this information away programmatically in another system. Please advice.
