Outlook data disappears

I uninstalled Frontpage 2003 and then reinstalled it. Now when I try to open
Outlook it asks me to create a profile and wants to go through the setup
procedure. What happened? Is my Outlook data gone? Any thoughts on how to
recover? I haven't gone through the setup yet because I'm afraid I'd
overright data.

looks like there's no profile but don’t worry about the data you would still
have it in outlook data file which is not removed even if you uninstall
outlook, so created a new profile.
1. go to file > open > outlook data file (and look for the file which by
default would outlook and open)
2. now that you have all the mails go to Tools > Email accounts > view or
change existing email accounts click next.
3. Click the drop down box next to deliver E-mail to the following location
and select the second personal folder click finish, restart outlook.
4. Go to Contacts in the navigation pane(which towards left part of the
outlook ) right click and click properties > properties > outlook address
book > (check a box next to ) show this folder as an email address book.

Well that worked!! Thanks, my heart rate has returned to near normal. The
only thing that didn't recover were my email accounts, I had three different
ones. Are they stored in a file other than outlook.pst? I can recreate them
easly but I may have a backup a few days old that I could retrieve if I new
the file.

Thanks for you help.
