Recently upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007.
I notice I'm getting the "data file failed to close properly the last time,
we're checking it for problems" message a lot more.
Hooray that it seems to be able to do a lot more of the check in the
background, so I can get at my mail quicker.
But is there a good rule of thumb for how long I have to wait between
shutting down Outlook and either opening it again or shutting down the
computer to avoid this, short of opening task manager and watching for
Outlook to disappear (and is even that reliable)?
