Outlook Data File is misspelled --help!

MS Newbie

My problem is a dumb one, but none-the-less upsets a employee when his name is misspelled. His Data file is spelled Mathew with one t instead of two t's and I am trying to find out if I can change the name of the data file without losing information. Main problem is that when he sends out email it puts his name as Mathews <email address>. I would appreciate any help on this.

Thank You,

Will

Is this the mail profile? If yes, just create a new one. It will use the
same settings as the previous one.
