outlook data file password dialog

hi,
i created 10 accounts in microsoft outlook and i set password data file account.
it is a problem:
when i open microsoft outlook show outlook data file password dialog for all account and this is not attractive and boring.
i want a solution for not show this dialogs but it show when i(or user) click on account for see folders(input,output,...).
please help me.
