Outlook Data File shows no headers or preview

Trying to recover from Windows 10 upgrade, Microsoft Edge lockup, and having to create a new user account.
I have an MAPI folder, an Archive folder, and an Outlook Data File folder. I set all folders to display total item counts.
I got a Scanpst.exe of Outlook Data File folder to show total items counts but no headers or preview.
What can I do to correct this issue?
