Outlook Data Issue

[Caseroo]

I made a new User on my Laptop (Casey) and assigned that user to the
Administrator profile.

I set to setup Outlook again under the Casey profile. When I did this step I
could not retrieve the emails that were left behind in the Administrator
profile.

Further, I have a archived backup, Outook Data File that I want to open up
in my new Casey Profile.

How can I, in theory, combine all my emails from the separate data files and
have all the emails flow into one Inbox?

Please help!

Casey - this needs to be posted in an Outlook newsgroup (not OneNote) and it
would help if you state which version of Outlook you are running.
