outlook data

I have just installed Windows XP Home upgrade over Win98,
and in the process lost my personal address book and
saved e-mail from Outlook 2000. Is there any way of still
accessing these, or restoring them. Can anyone please
help me with this....

You should be able to open any PST file with the File | Open | Outlook Data File command and import your PAB with File | Import and Export.
