Outlook defaults to Inbox folder in Archive folder

When an user opens up her email in Outlook 2000 the first time in the
morning, it opens up to her Archive folders but not her mailbox. When she
attempts to open her mailbox, calendar, contacts, or whatever, it gives her
the Folders are unavailable message. All she usually has to do to fix this
is log off then back on and it will fix the problem. This usually happens
once a day and only when she first logs on in the morning.

She has a PDA device that synchronized with the Outlook.

Any ideas & suggestions are appreciated.
