Hi,
I have a user who is having problems printing html emails.
Rich text and plain text emails are fine, but when he wants to print
an html email there is about a 30 second delay before the print
properties dialog loads, and then another 30 second delay before any
options can be selected. When he can finally do anything and clicks
Print the page comes out as expected, but this delay is frustrating.
I have attempted deleting and reinstalling the printers. I made
certain to completely remove the drivers from the computer so it
downloaded and reinstalled them from the server repository and this
makes no difference.
I have changed the default printer to ensure that it isn't getting
hung up on the network communication, and this makes no difference.
I've read it could be a permissions problem on the %windir%\temp, but
the permissions are correct.
Anyone have any further suggestions?
