I work for a school district. We are running Exchange 5.5. We have a user who
had her account at one site with it's own Exchange server and then was moved
to a different site with its own Exchange server. She delegated with
publishing editor rights to another user. The delegate can see all of the
folders she was granted permission to but cannot reply to email that has be
sent to the person she is a delegate for. Before we moved the email account,
the delegate had no problems viewing or replying to email. The first user is
running Win2k SP4 with Office 2000 and the delegate is running XP Pro SP2
with Office 2000. Both user have all Office updates and patches. How can I
resolve this? I have tried removing the delegate and re-adding her and then
giving her publishing rights to everything in Outlook. Thanks in advance for
any help.
