outlook delegate problem

I'm having an outlook delegate problem.
I'm using exchange 2003 with outlook 2003. When I'm trying to set delegate i
receive a massage "the delegates setting were not save correctly. unable to
activate free/busy information"
I tried to open outlook with "outlook /CleanProfile" and that doesn't work.
My outlook in fully updated.
I cant see any problem
Please help!!
