Outlook Delegation

Situation:

I give a secretary delegation for my calendar items; this all works fine!
Then secretary leave company; secreatary AD Account has been removed; now
when someone sends appointment, that user gets a NDR (Non-Delievery Report)
for the secretary that is no longer there. Within Outook, the delegation has
been removed. But this still happens.

Any help greatly appreciated.
