Outlook deleting msg from server??

I run Exchange 2007 on 2003R2x64. I have a user with 2 laptops, running
Outlook 2007, configured for Outlook Anywhere. Everything works fine, but
one laptop deletes the msg's off the server when it connects, while the other
doesn't..

I thought this wasn't even configureable without it being pop3 or the
whatnot..

There is not option to toggle for this..

Any ideas?

It's because that user has set its default delivery location to a pst-file.
You can change back to the Exchange mailbox via File-> Data File
Management...
