Outlook Dialer cannot find COM port

I have a landline connected to COM 10 through the USB, but when I try to
specify which line to connect through from Outlook Dialer, I am only supplied
with my two data modems, H323 line and IPCONF line.
Any ideas on how to get Outlook to identify COM10 as the dialing line?
