Outlook Disclaimer message

I see in the Microsoft Office Marketplace, there is an RSOutlook Disclaimer
Add-in. It is provided by (can be purchased from) rsoutlook.com. Is this
a true Microsoft Add In that is known and supported by Microsoft?

If it were a Microsoft add-in, it would come from microsoft.com. The Office Marketplace offers add-ins and other resources from non-Microsoft sources.

The copyright text on the bottom of the page clearly indicates that it is
not a Microsoft site or add-in. There are lots of great add ins produced by
third parties for Outlook. Microsoft has turned Office into a thriving
ecosystem for add-in developers.

I give full support to the add-in and if you are not satisfied with it I'll
refund you.
