Hi everybody,
I am looking for a software or an office add-on which allow me to create
distribution lists, creating an email address that people outside the server
network could use. Currently, we have to deal with two different address
books: one for these distribution lists, which can only be accessed via
connection to our server and which creates email addresses that are directed
to several people. And the second one is the outlook contacts that are shared
by our office.
Do you think there exists a solution to have these two address books merged
into a single one? i.e. preventing us from having to update both books each
time a contact is added to one or the other book?
