I can find twenty answers to my '?'-I want to find the 'best practice' answer.
Info- I work on team that is consultant with a company. Each member of team
has multiple email address. depending on intention of email, it may have to
be mailed to one or several of the each person's email addresses. We
constantly sending to wrong address, miss or sending to too many addresses
for each person.
I'm looking for best and why
- easiest and best way for me to send to them and them to save
since possibility of at least 5 distr lists of the group but different
variations
- best way to email the distr list or each version to each member of team so
they can use
- best way to keep it up to date and have them update theirs
- best way that distr list will pop up in their TO: field when addressing
- anything that will trip me or them up in what I am trying to do

All have an Outlook 2007 in our company
all have outlook 2003 where consulting
Some have personal email address (msn, yahoo, me.com) want sent to in
certain scenarios
