Outlook does not deliver to Personal Folders

I installed a Linksys wireless router and connected
(wired) my home pc to it. I'm running VPN to connect to
my company's network. Outlook does not deliver the
messages directly to my Inbox (Personal folders). I have
to hit the Send/Receive button to actually get the
messages. Any ideas?

Are you connecting to an Exchange server?

Those routers use NAT (network address translation) which effectively breaks
UDP communication between the client and the Exchange Server. Since we don't
know what version of Outlook you're running, I'll assume it's Outlook 2002.

I believe the June 21st update for Outlook 2002 was the first to include the
patched DLLs the article references.
