Outlook does not install with Office 2003 or trial of 2007.

I would like to use Outlook instead of Outlook Express, but it does not
install. I have my CD's for 2003 and have tried reinstalling but it does not
work. I have also installed the trial version of 2007, and cannot get it to
install. Am I needing something that I do not know of? Please help?!

We need to know exactly what's happening; what does it do, where does it
stop, do you get any error messages and, if so, what do they say? Details
are desperately important.
