I have installed my fresh exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows 2003 SP1 DC, I have
one Windows 2000 SP4 Terminal server.
I created users with mailboxes, when I tried to access mailboxes by OWA, I
could do that. The problem is whenever I try outlook 2003 it fails to
connect to the mailbox.
I tested this in Windows XP Sp2 machine and on the Windows 2000 terminal
session.
and even from the Exchange server (Win2k3) itself, all times I get the
following message from Microsoft Office Outlook: The name could not be
resolved. The action could not be completed.
I checked application log for machines I tested Outlook from (XP, W2k
terminal) to see two warrning events:
Source LSASRV, id: 40960, 40961
They talk about authentication protocol problems and logon servers
unavailability.
Actually, I dont know if these events are related to my case or not.
Your help is really appreciated.
