A couple of users were recently married. Since we changed their name in AD,
the new login name is not recognized. We kept their old name as an smtp
address and added the new name (making the new one the primary address).
However, when you type in the new name in Outlook (jdoe), you receive a
message that "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize jdoe". You can
then select show more names, scroll through the GAL and select the user (this
shows the new name). What is causing this and how can we get rid of it.
