I've checked several of the other posts here and they look like they relate
to the fact that Outlook does not get the last part of the authentication
before sending and keeps mail in the outbox. My issue is that fact that the
emails become italicized in the Outbox but still do not send. I thought that
when they became italicized they finished the authentication and was ready to
go? The mail only gets sent when you open the Outbox itself. XP-SP2/Office
2003 SP2. Any suggesttions other than telling everyone to open their outbox
when they send?
