Outlook does not unload when closed

This is an FYI:

I noted that when I would close/exit Outlook when the Office Assistant was
visible Outlook (97/2000) would not unload from memory. If the Assistant is
"hidden" or off then Outlook would unload from memory when closed. It is a
bit bizarre but it is true. I cannot find any reason specifically why but,
oh, well...as long as it unloads! :)

Just FYI...if anyone is having the same trouble.

Some of the things I am finding is that if the PST file is remotely stored,
like on a file server as opposed to an Exchange server, it seems like the
PST file is not "closed" properly. I am going to test this theory with a
evaluation version of Exchange Server 2003. I have some extra computers and
I can set up a small Win2k network and do this.
