Outlook Doesn't connect to Hotmail after net framework update

I have been using Outlook to retrieve my Hotmail e-mail ever since I've had
Internet connection. but since I updated Net Framework I get a little dialog
box requesting my user name and password. I enter it, click ok and the box
appears again. I have absolutely no idea what's going on. If anyone can help,
that would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook 2003. I am connecting through Cable. I also have Franklin Covey's
PlanPlus add-in. But I've been able to work around it. My Comcast account
works fine. I simply have configured my Hotmail e-mail to be forwarded to my
Comcast account. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. it eliminates
having two inboxes, which I hated. Thank you for your response.

I meant are you using the outlook connector or HTTP or POP3.... but glad you
got it working to your satisfaction.

The Http got knock out by .Net Framework. The Outlook connector worked fine.
Only it put that second inbox in the PlanPlus homepage. Forwarding Hotmail
stuff to comcast works great. Uninstalled Outlook Connector & removed the
second account. Thank you again.

HTTP support is ending, you'll need to either use POP3 or the outlook
connector but if forwarding to comcast meets your needs, use it.
