Outlook doesn't permanently delete Junk Mail

Hi all,

I have configured Outlook to filter SPAM with the "Trusted List Only"
level.
I have also checked the box "Permanently Delete Junk Mail".

So SPAM are correctly moved to the Junk Mail Folder but Outlook doesn't
delete automatically its content.


Can anyone help me?
Why this option doesn't work??
