Outlook doesn't remember changes to AutoCorrect

Specifically, Outlook doesn't remember that I am constantly turning off the
"Capitalize First Letter of Sentences" (Editor Options .. Proofing ..
AutoCorrect Options .. etc.). Turns it back on.
