I use Outlook 2002 with our corporate exchange server. I have the same
problem with 2002 that I had with all 2001 and, I think, 2000.
If I use Outlook in offline mode, it correctly displays my custom
views, including both user defined views and customizations (filter,
sort, etc) of the standard views.
If I use Outlook in connected mode, it usually forgets my custom
views. If I use the F9 key to force synchronization, it often recovers
them.
I think we use an older version of exchange server.
Is this a common problem? Are there any workarounds?
Thanks,
john
