I experienced having important mail sent to my junk mail folders. Among mail
that was sent to my junk mail folders were (a) mails from old friends, (b)
mail from my wife (c) mail from a job applicant who mailed to say he was
cancelling his interviews (d) mail from a former Microsoft colleague who is a
technical editor for my book. I've missed important feedback about a book
I'm writing, important business mail about a cancelled interview, and so on.
And all this with automatic junk mail filtering turned OFF! Please, before
we get sued for causing someone to lose a client, lose a job offer, ruin
someone's marraige, etc., fix the filter and fix Outlook so it does NOT throw
important mail away.
