Outlook doesn't see printers?

Hi,

I have a user who has been running Windows XP sp2, latest patches, and
Office Standard 2003 since last summer. This morning now she gets an error
when trying to print out of Outlook, printing works fine with all the other
apps we tried including Word and Excel. The error reads:

Printing is not available. There are no printers installed. You can select
and configure a printer in Windows Control Panel.

She has 8 printers installed on her computer and can print just fine to the
default printer from other apps. A google search only found another person
who asked this question on a different NG back in April but no response.
I'm hoping to fair better.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
