Hello,
I'm running Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2000 "Corporate or
Workgroup", v. 9.0.0.2711 on my personal computer. About two weeks
Outlook just decided to stop shutting down. I read an earlier post
and the response indicating that it could be add-ins, or a PDA, etc.,
but I don't have any of those.
I usually have to hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to shut it down. Another
interesting thing to note: how many "Processes" under the "Windows
Task Manager" is common? At this moment, I have IE, Outlook, and
SnagIt running (along with the Google Toolbar and virus protection),
and it states that I have 64 processes running.
Thanks for your help, and keep up the good work,
Kelly Vielmo
