Outlook doesn't start minimized

Hi

I am running Outlook 2003 on two Windows XP machines. On
both, I have copied the shortcut for Outlook into
the "Startup" folder, and changed the Properties so that
it should run "Minimized". While on my desktop, which
runs Windows XP Professional, this works fine (outlook
loads up on windows logon and immediately minimizes), on
my laptop machine, which run Windows XP Home edition, it
doesn't work (i.e. outlook starts up on windows logon,
but doesn't get minimized). Any solutions?
