OUTLOOK DOWNLOADS MULTIPLE COPIES OF EMAILS

Outlook 2007 is trying to randomly redownload copies of over 200 emails I
have recieved within the last 3 weeks. I hit cancel send/recieve, but the
next time i do a send recieve, it starts all over.
