Outlook dropdown menu does not work after latest security update

Boppoe

I am not able to see the dropdown menu when I right click an email such as in
the "Inbox" to give me options such as delete, mark as junk mail etc. I went
through the “detect and repairâ€, both in the installation desk and using
Outlook's.
My operating system is Windows XP Pro, and I am using Outlook 2003. My
computer is current with all Microsoft's updates as of 6-17-07.
Adds-on: Adobe CS3 Acrobat 8 Professional, update current 6-17-07
This started happening after my updates were installed June 13th.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for your response: in the third line I stated that I ran detect and
repair using both the Outlook format and the windows installantion formats.
FYI - I also renamed: outcmd.dat and normal.dot
Still no luck.

Milly, I am sorry it appears gibberish, it was not my intent, I did my best
to explain the problem. Thank you for trying to help with this matter. The
drop down that allows the user to mark the individual email as junk mail and
create rules etc does not work and it just started not appearing when I
installed the latest security upgrade to Outlook 2003.
Again thanks for attempting to help.
