In Outlook 2003: Each time I create a new Contacts folder, such as "Business
Contacts"; it is listed in the Navigation Pane and automatically, a duplicate
called "Business Contacts in Personal Folders" is created. This tends to
congest the Navigation Pane (which is a pain). Can I get rid of the
duplicates? If I delete a duplicate folder currently, the original is
duplicated as well! All I want is a less cluttered Navigation Pane. Secondly,
in a previous version of Outlook I could "hierarchically" store the contacts
folders under relevant groups and it would be apparent in the Navigation Pane
(I think). Can this be achieved with Outlook 2003?
