Outlook e-mail problem

Hi,

My Daughter cannot receive e-mails. She is on XP Professional, Outlook and
works off a server. Internet and mail out is Ok. Any ideas?

Exactly what happens when she tries? What verison of Outlook? What type of
mail account?
