Outlook e-mail setting send/receive

Is there a setting where outlook can check to automatically receive my
e-mail every so many minutes or scheulded time frame????. Presently my e-mail
is received only by clicking on send/receive.

Depending on the version of Outlook, you should be able to click on Tools,
Send/Receive, Send/Receive Settings, Define Send/Receive Groups

Then, assuming the default setting of "All Accounts" is configured, look
under "Setting for Group All Accounts" and confirm the check box " Schedule
an automatic send/receive every" is checked and set the interval to your
desired number of minutes.

Click Close and that should do it.

Make sure you set mail polling to no less than every 10 minutes to give the
servers time to reset.
