One of my contacts changed jobs and e-mail addresses. Even though I have
changed the e-mail in contacts, the old address still pops up if I type his
full name and opposed to his e-mail address. How do I permanently delete the
old address? Thanks.

While you're typing in the To field it comes up? Just arrow down and hit
the Delete key.
